Dr. Melody Vanoy is the CEO of AmorX Inc. and the principal consultant. She has over 20 years of business experience across numerous sectors , She began her career at the University of Michigan Health System where her primary responsibility revolved around organizational behavior with concentrated focus in leadership development, employee engagement, change management and diversity. She then transferred to Trinity Health where she broadened her diversity and inclusion reach to 22 states. On a personal note, she has always been an advocate for the poor and under-served and has shared her passion locally and globally by participating in the Global Health Ministry in Peru where she was part of a visiting medical team providing both clinical and social health services to those in need. She holds a PhD in Organization and Management with research emphasis in bias outcomes in diversity education, an MBA in Global Management and an undergraduate degree in art history.
